# Billing & Analytics

> Usage tracking and organizational insights

## Billing Views

Admins/Owners see a toggle on the billing page:

| View             | Shows                                           |
| ---------------- | ----------------------------------------------- |
| **Organization** | Master wallet, org-wide usage, all transactions |
| **Personal**     | Individual quota, personal usage                |

Members only see their personal quota.

## Wallet Structure

* **Organization Quota:** Main budget. Sessions deduct from here.
* **Member Quota:** Per-user allocation from org budget.
* **Personal:** Separate wallet if user has personal account outside org.

## Creator Analytics

Access via Sidebar → Creator Analytics.

### What You Can Track

* **Scenario overview:** Sessions, duration, avg length, creation date
* **Usage over time:** Visualizations and trends
* **Top scenarios:** Most popular content
* **Date filtering:** Last 7/30 days, quarter, all time, custom

### Exporting Data

| Export            | Contains                           | Best for          |

| **Scenarios CSV** | Scenario-level stats               | Executive reports |
| **Sessions CSV**  | User, timestamps, duration, scores | LMS import, ROI   |

### L\&D Insights

* **Engagement:** Which scenarios are actually used?
* **Completion rates:** Low = too long or not engaging
* **Time investment:** Justify training costs
* **Individual progress:** Who's keeping up in cohort programs?
